In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 26.O2,2O2L in Crl,P,No.1242 ot 2O21 directing the petitioner/accused to appear before the Investigating Officer on 1"t and 3'd Saturday of every month between 10.OO AM and 2.OO PM., till completion of investigation or filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier, is hereby modified directing the petitioner to appear before the said Investigating Officer on 3'd Sunday of every month instead of l"t and 3'd Saturday.
