The petitioner/Accused and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in P.S.C.No.128 of 2018 arising out of Crime No.197 of 2017 on the file of First Metropolitan Magistrate Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 354-A IPC, Section 8 read with 7 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably and not having any grievance. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner in P.S.C.No.128 of 2018 arising out of Crime No.197 of 2017 on the file of First Metropolitan Magistrate Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/Accused is acquitted.
