THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3099 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the action of respondent No.2-Joint Collector, Khammam District in not disposing of the appeal filed by him against the order, dated 08.02.2019, passed by respondent No.3-Sub-Collector, Khammam District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

From the material placed before this Court, it is evident that the petitioner filed the appeal only on 11.02.2019, as such, the complaint of the petitioner is unjustified. In those circumstances at this stage, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
