1 On 02.06.2015 there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the matter was adjourned to today for being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner both in the forenoon and in the afternoon despite the fact that the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.
