This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.115 of 2014 of Kandukur Police Station, Cyberabad, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 423, 468, 471, 506 and 120B read with 34 I.P.C.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this court that the entire investigation is completed and the crime is registered as C.C.No.439 of 2016 for various offences. Recording the same, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in Calendar Case, if it is otherwise so advised.
