HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.3211 OF 2020 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 04.02.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1146 of 2020.

Following the order dated 04.02.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1146 of 2020, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation/ complaint to the 6th respondent for grant of retail outlet, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such a representation being received, the 6th respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, in another eight weeks thereafter. No order as to costs.
