ORDER:
The petitioner is a conductor in the respondent Corporation. On the allegation of ticket irregularity, disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the petitioner on 20.10.2015 and on the same day, he was placed under suspension. Challenging the order of suspension, this writ petition is filed.
2. Though extensive submissions are made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel, both the learned counsel agreed for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to the second respondent disciplinary authority to conclude the enquiry and finalize the disciplinary proceedings, as expeditiously as possible.
3. Having regard to the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the Depot Manager, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, Mahabubabad Depot, Warangal
District (2nd respondent) to complete the disciplinary enquiry and to pass final orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner shall co-operate in conducting the enquiry and early disposal of the disciplinary proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.
