HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.2663, 2677 & 2681 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the respective petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.1 and also Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 & 3 and perused the prayers in the respective writ petitions with the supporting affidavits and other material on record.

It is the submission of the learned Standing Counsel vis-àvis learned Government Pleader for the respondents supra that they are not abducting the process of law and they ready to follow the due process of law.

By recording the same, the above Writ Petitions are disposed of by directing the respondents not to interfere and dispossess the petitioners except through due process of law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
