O R D E R

The case of the petitions, who are octogenarians, is that they were granted pension in the year 2003 under the Swatantra Sainik Samman Pension Scheme, 1980, and they made representations on 01.10.2019 and 17.03.2017 to the 2nd respondent - District Collector, Warangal Rural District, for allotment of house sites. As the said applications were not considered, the present writ petition came to be filed. Heard the leaned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the representations made by the petitioners dated 01.10.2019 and 17.03.2017 are stated to be pending with the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioners' in accordance with law after giving notice and opportunity of petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
