THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.15000 of 2008 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the premises bearing Municipal No.5-4-193, admeasuring 450 sq. yards, situated at Jeera, Karbala Maidan, Secunderabad, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court, while admitting the writ petition on 11.07.2008, directed the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the premises in question without following due process of law.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
