HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.210 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.30665 of 2017, dated 21-09-2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that in pursuance to the orders of this Court, case of the petitioner was considered and rejected.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Having regard to the above submission, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said rejection, if he is so aggrieved.
