HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 in/and Criminal Petition No.919 of 2019 ORDER :

The petitioners 1 to 6 are the A.1 to A.6 in C.C.No.180 of 2015 on the file of the XIII Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad outcome of Cr.No.41 of 2011 of the CID Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.498-A, 406 and 506 IPC and u/ sec.3,4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act on the report of the 2nd respondent/ defacto-complainant none other than the wife of the 1st petitioner/ A.1, daughter-in-law of A.2 and A.3, A.5 is sister of A.1 and A.6 is husband of A.5 and A.4 is mentioned in the cause title as died. The petitioners(A.1 to A.3, A.5 and A.6 as well as the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 to compromise the matter and compound the offences. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, the I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3, A.5 and A.6 in C.C.No.180 of 2015 on the file of the XIII Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The petitioners are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
