Having regard to the order dt.27-10-2017 in W.A.M.P.No.2310 of 2017 in W.A.No.1260 of 2017 suspending the order passed by this Court on 23-02-2017 in W.P.No.20953 of 2015, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to revive it, in case, she succeeds in the Writ Appeal. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
