1405/M/2008-2, dated 28.02.2009, 09.03.2009 and 04.03.2009 as illegal null void. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners by producing a copy of the common order dated 22.02.2016 in W.P.Nos.5805 and 9008 of 2009, would submit that the issue relating to present writ petition is covered by the aforesaid order and requested to pass the order in the instant writ petition in terms of the aforesaid order.

3) Learned Government Pleader for Home on perusal of the order did not oppose.
