HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.22483 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner precisely prays for expeditious disposal of revision petition No.P3/ 1658/ 2003 pending with the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) admits that the revision petition filed by petitioner in the year 2003 is pending as on date, and according to the 2nd respondent, would dispose of the revision petition within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accepted.

3. The petitioner is given liberty to file a memo by enclosing a copy of this order and seek a date for hearing and also cooperate with the 2nd respondent for disposal within the time granted by this court.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
