The contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 23.01.2017 passed in W.P.No.29831 of 2016. Now the learned counsel for both parties submits that the Order of this Court is complied with.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary and the contempt case is closed.
