This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not fixing the fair lease rent for the land to an extent of Ac: 0-02 cents in survey No.110-A/2-B-2 of Peda Dornala village and Mandal, Prakasam district in favour of the petitioner and others; as illegal and arbitrary.

2. When the matter was listed on 09/7/2018, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even though the matter is listed today under the caption, "for dismissal", none appeared for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
