Reddy) At the interlocutory stage, the appeal itself is taken up for hearing and disposal.
2. This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of the order, dated 29.06.2015, in Arbitration O.P.No.3040 of 2014 on the file of learned XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
3. At the hearing, Mr.Sharad Sanghi, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted that after the passing of the order under appeal, the appellant has filed O.S.No.294 of 2016 on the file of learned X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and that therefore, the cause in this appeal does not survive for adjudication.
4. In view of the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
