ORDER

None appears for the petitioner.

The petitioner was appointed as Staff Nurse on 30.08.1995 against the existing vacancy that was available under Zone VI. She was posted at Niloufer Hospital, Hyderabad, on 2.3.96. Thereafter, she was transferred to Osmania General Hospital, where she worked till the filing of O.A.No.3019 of 2013 before the Tribunal. When proceedings were issued in August, 2012, transferring her to Zone-III, the said OA was originally filed before the Tribunal and now transferred to this Court. There was no interim order in the Original Application, as a result of which, the petitioner must have reported to duty at the new place of posting.

In view of long lapse of time, and in view of repatriation orders passed pursuant to the implementation of G.O.Ms.No.610, this Court sees no ground to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed at the admission stage. No costs.
