When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the civil revision petition is settled before the High Court Legal Services Committee. Therefore, no adjudication is necessary and the civil revision petition is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the High Court Legal Services Committee.

In the result, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
