Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioner challenges proceedings No.Rc.No.1396/ 2016 CS dated 20.08.2016 suspending the authorization of petitioner. 3.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the material available on record, the Court is satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order: The third respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry pending in case No.Rc.No.1396/ 2016 against the petitioner within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that this court has not examined the merits of the matter. The petitioner is given liberty to communicate copy of this order for expeditious and timely dispose of the matter. The write petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
