It is reported by the counsel for the respondents that the main calendar case itself was disposed of on 15.11.2016 against which an appeal has been filed.

In the light of the above submission, no further cause survives in the present criminal petition and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
