THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.10874 of 2004 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in reverting the petitioners from Sweepers to Shramiks, which is unqualified post by way of conversion of their services, instead of promoting them vide Proc.No.P1/255(11)/2004-RM'k' Krishna Region dated 31.05.2004, in respect of the petitioners as illegal, unjust and arbitrary as such liable to be set aside and to pass such other necessary orders.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
