THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6743 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking bail in crime No.120 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime P.S., CCS, DD, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Section 66(C)(D) of the Information Technology Act and Section 420 IPC.

Heard and perused.

The allegation against the petitioner/accused herein is that posing himself as lecturer/advocate, he promised the students to clear backlog subjects and also promised them to get the government jobs and collected amounts. It is alleged that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- from the de facto complainant on the false promise to provide Court job.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he is innocent and is falsely implicated in the case. He further submits that the petitioner was arrested on 29.06.2015 and as such, prays to grant bail to the petitioner/accused. Considering the facts and circumstances and also as the investigation is in primary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/accused.
