THE HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.904 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner in present bail application for regular bail in Crime No.546 of 2018 of Keesara Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, R.R.District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC and Section 15(2) of P.P.L.A. Amendment Act, 2011 and also perused the grounds urged in the present bail application and the two dismissal bail orders of the petitioner, along with A1, before the Sessions Court and the remand case dairy showing arrest of petitioner along with A1, A4, A8, for others among the 12 accused in abscondance and particularly from the remand report page No.4, there are serious allegations of he is also privy to the modus oparendi in indulging in the commission of the offence regularly, leave about the past criminal antecedents of him, though in dealing with the fake currency case in S.C.No.269 of 2014 ended in acquittal on 25.03.2015 by learned VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy.

A perusal of the material shows the petitioner is, as submitted before the lower Court by the learned public prosecutor, accused in similar case, involved in fake currency in Mumbai. Having regard to the above, there are no grounds to grant regular bail sought by him even he is in judicial custody since 17/18.01.2019, from the propensity of the crime and from his criminal

background, though it is the duty of the Court to balance the personal liberty with the propensity of crime from the impact on society. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
