This revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 19-03-2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7 of 2013 in S.C.No.138 of 2011 by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Bhimavaram.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
