Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 05.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Thimmapuram Police Station, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that after receiving the complaint from the petitioner, the respondent police made an entry in NC Register vide RC.No.126/2017 on 25.05.2017 and advised the petitioner to approach the concerned competent Court on the ground that the matter is civil in nature.

The said instructions are placed on record.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, however, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open as per law. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
