THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25699 OF 2015 ORDER :

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.32889 of 2012, dated 19.11.2012 and said submission is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Heard Sri Bomminayuni Appa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. For the reasons alike in the common judgment in W.P.No.32889 of 2012, dated 19.11.2012, this writ petition is disposed of directing the SubRegistrar, Madhuravada, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District-2nd respondent to receive the gift deed sought to be presented by the petitioner and register the same subject to the latter complying with the statutory requirements of the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.

Let a copy of the order in W.P.No.32889 of 2012, dated 19.11.2012 be annexed with this order.
