HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No. 322 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. Learned Counsel for the petitioner having regard to the contents in the counter affidavit dated 30.04.2015 requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the Contempt Case. He further requests the Court to permit the petitioner to file a representation by duly depositing the amount required for excavating the slit in the canal as directed in the Writ Petition. Liberty as prayed for is accorded and the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is needless to observe that as and when the petitioner makes a request by fulfilling all the requirements, this Court has no doubt that the District Collecotr/4th respondent will take

appropriate action in the matter.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
