HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.386 of 2020 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioners is that they filed O.S.No.830 of 2012 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and said suit was dismissed for default by order dated 07-06-2019. Immediately the petitioners filed I.A.No.975 of 2019 for setting aside the same. As the same is not being taken up and disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present revision is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.975 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the revision is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
