THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2829 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Education.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 11.07.2014 requesting the respondent authorities to conduct survey to have a quietus to the issue. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that, on 29.01.2018 the petitioner submitted another representation to the second respondent. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel to direct the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 29.01.2018, submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take appropriate action on the said representation strictly in accordance with law.
Having regard to the nature of controversy and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the second respondent to verity the representation, dated 29.01.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________ A.V.SESHA SAI 31st January, 2018.
