Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned endorsement rejecting his request for implementation of his name in the revenuer records, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
