ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners - respondent No.2 to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.1 of 2016 on the file of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

Respondent No.2 herein filed the present complaint against the petitioners seeking certain reliefs under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the further proceedings against petitioners.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Magistrate to dispose of D.V.C.No.1 of 2016 without insisting for the presence of petitioner Nos.2 and 3 on each and every adjournment, unless it feels that their presence is necessary for any specific purpose. Petitioner No.1 shall appear before the Court regularly.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
