Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of disqualification which was admittedly served upon the petitioner.

Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Interim order dated 15.02.2019 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
