HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.15303 OF 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondentsauthorities to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of assignment of Government lands in terms of the beneficiaries list prepared by the respondents on 12.07.2005.

This Court while issuing Rule Nisi, passed an interim order directing the Assignment Committee to consider the case of the petitioners along with other persons, whose names were mentioned in the proposed beneficiaries list dated 12.07.2005 in the Assignment Committee's meeting scheduled to be held on 17.07.2005. Inasmuch as the main prayer which has been sought by the petitioners stands granted by an interim order dated 15.07.2005, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
