The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners of lands admeasuring Ac.3.00 in Survey No.242; Ac.9.14 guntas in Survey No.242; Ac.3.34 guntas in Survey No.243; Ac.3.24 guntas in survey No.244/1; Ac.3.00 in Survey No.244/1; Ac.3.11 guntas in Survey No.245; and 23 guntas in Survey No.246 having purchased the same from the previous owners. They were also issued pattadar pass books and title deeds under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. On being informed that the above referred lands are classified as 'inam' under the relevant revenue records, the petitioners approached the 3rd respondent and applied for issuance of 'Occupancy Rights Certificate' under the Abolition of Inam Act, 1955 and the 3rd respondent conducted enquiry and submitted his report vide letter bearing No.

B/2747/2015, dated 18.06.2016. In the said report it is stated that the petitioners have purchased lands totally admeasuring Ac.26.26 guntas from the legal heirs of inamdar Sunkari Narsimha and three others, which is evident from the proceedings bearing No.ROR/7404/2006, dated 25.07.2007 and that Sunkari Narsimha expired and petitioners are in possession of the subject lands. The 3rd respondent also recommended the case of the petitioners to the 2nd respondent for issuance of Occupancy Rights Certificate in petitioners favour. Thus, the petitioners approached the 2nd respondent and submitted application dated 06.02.

report of the 3rd respondent. But, so far the 2nd respondent has not taken any action on the application of the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that objections were received by the 3rd respondent from the third parties on 11.04.2016.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application dated 06.02.2016 filed by the petitioners after considering the objections filed by the third parties, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
