VRS, J & MGR, J WA Nos.931&951 of 2011 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO WRIT APPEAL Nos.931 AND 951 OF 2011 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) These matters arise out of the appeals filed under the Andhra Pradesh Shops & Establishments Act, 1988.

2. The parties have entered into a settlement. Under the settlement, the Management has paid a sum of Rs.11,00,000/ - (Rupees eleven lakhs only). Learned counsel for the workman agrees that the entire amount as per the settlement has been received after deducting TDS.

3. Therefore, the appeals are disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise and the order of the appellate authority, shall stand modified suitably.
