Sri K. Ram Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that subject matter of the Writ Petition (TR) concerns seniority claim and since petitioner has retired from service, the cause in the Writ Petition (TR) does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition (TR) is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition (TR) shall stand closed.
