2. In view of the above submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, Sri Akshat Sanghi, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present application with liberty to challenge the charge sheet.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel, granting liberry as sought by the learned counsel lbr the petitioners, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at the admission stage itself.
