COMMON JUDGMENT:

C.C.C.A.No.121 of 1999 arises out of judgment and decree, dated 11.06.1999 in O.S.No.168 of 1990 on the file of learned III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

The appellant filed C.C.C.A.M.P.No.221 of 2015 seeking permission to withdraw the appeal. In the light of the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, C.C.C.A.M.P. is ordered. Consequently, C.C.C.A. is dismissed as withdrawn.
