THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.20246 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ order or direction more particularly a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not cancelling the layout proceedings LP.No.107/LO/Plg/HMDA/2016 dated 31.12.2016 and taking action as per law against the 6th & 7th respondents as being illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, violative of Article 14 and conditions No.17 & 18 of LP.No.107/LO/Plg/HMDA/2016 dated 31.12.2016 and consequently set aside the layout proceedings LP.No.107/LO/Plg/HMDA/2016 dated 31.12.2016 of the second respondent."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent No.2 herein to consider the representation, dated 13.06.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 13.06.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
