This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.334 of 2018 of Jagtial Town Police Station, Jagtial District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 07.08.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jagtial on 11.03.2019 and C.C.No.291 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
