HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 30046 of 2015 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 28.04.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.14038 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to receive the document presented by the petitioner for the purpose of registration and consider the same for registration. In case, the 5th respondent is not inclined to register it, he will pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908, within four (4) weeks of the submission of the document for the purpose of registration by petitioner and communicate the said order to petitioner. No order as to costs.

Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.14038 of 2016, dated 28.04.2016.
