Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent Municipality.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in accompanying affidavit the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring action of the respondent No.2 and 3 in threatening to demolish petitioner building constructed in 470 Sq. yards of Plot in Sy.No.1045, Omkar Talkies Road, Ward No.27, Vidyanagar, Bhongir and in not considering petitioner's representation dt.12-02-2020 as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles natural justice, and against Article 300-A of Constitution and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.'

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of submitting the representation dated 12.02.2020, the second respondent Municipality without considering the same is threatening to demolish the constructions made by the petitioner in 470 square yards of plot in Sy.No.1045, Ward No.27, Vidyanagar, Bhongir. 4.
Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

Therefore, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 12.02.2020 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken.
