Ramachandra Rao) In spite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', time is again sought on behalf of the appellant to argue the appeal. Since the appeal is of the year 1999 and the suit is of the year 1997 and the suit, out of which the appeal arose, of the year 1997, and since on previous occasions also time was granted on 14-06-2018, and recently on 17-10-2019, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
