O R D E R
The prayer of the petitioners in this case is as under: 'This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents No.2 to 4 in not taking any action on the complaint filed by the petitioners dated 04-01-2016 for eviction of unauthorized occupants in the petitioners land in Sy.No.158 an extent of Ac.9-11 cents situated at Vemulapadu Village of Yadiki Mandal, Anantapuramu District is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the Respondents No.2 to 4 to register and investigate the case for eviction of unauthorized occupants in the petitioners land in Sy.No.158 an extent of Ac.
9-11 cents situated at Vemulapadu Village of Yadiki Mandal, Anantapuramu District, forth with, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' The Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Yadiki Police Station, Ananthapur District, furnished written instructions dated 21.03.2016 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that Crime No.42 of 2016 was registered on the file of Yadiki Police Station under Section 447 IPC upon the complaint made by the petitioners and investigation was taken up.
In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioners stands settled.
