Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration, appearing for 1st respondent, Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.5 and 6.

Petitioners' grievance is that they had applied for regularization on 17-07-2015 under the AP Regulation and Penalization of Buildings Constructed Unauthorizedly and in Deviation of the Sanctioned plan Rules, 2015 in respect of 5th floor in premises D.No.15-3-61/21, situated in T.S.No.126-122, Block No.4, Opp. Century Club, Maharanipeta, Div.19, Zone-III, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, Visakhapatnam and the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, states that 2nd respondent will consider the same and pass orders thereon within four weeks from the date of copy of this order.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners'

application and pass orders thereon within four weeks from the date of a copy of this order. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
