Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated 05.08.2013 passed in this writ petition, no further orders are required to be passed.

2) Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is needless to say that the interim order ceases its force on disposal of the main writ petition as coterminus. There shall be no order as to costs. 3) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
