Sri Challa Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 04.01.2016 to the Registry stating that his clients instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
