Sri J. Pradeep Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, under the instructions of petitioner, addressed a letter dated 10.10.2018 to the registry requesting to list the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'. Based on the aforesaid letter, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal."

Hence, permission is accorded, and, accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid letter dated 10.10.2018 shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
